An emotional thank-you for help with his money problems, followed immediately by a request for another $3,000. Companion clip: he is stressed because the car he wants is $4,000 to $5,000 over his $120,000 budget, and asks her to help find a $4,000 loan.

The Expedited Account, Explained
Per the affidavit (¶ 20–21), the product works like this: businesses "which needed immediate cash for a short period of time" borrow from the account and pay "a large fee or interest rate," which is how the investment doubles or triples "usually within a week to ten days." Asked why he didn't use stocks, bonds, 401ks or real estate investment trusts, he explained that "wealthy individuals like himself did not invest the same way as the average person." The account "only came around twice in six years," always right after a woman had run out of money in the first account, and could only be funded with new cash, never the cash already invested. Both accounts were the demo mode of a trading app, with the same account number for every woman.
The mechanism, in his words: "You put in 4,000, nine days it grows up to 12,000 cause that's triple." The businesses in question were never named. Any business paying 200% for nine days of cash would have been better off robbing the bank that owns the dealership.
The Intake Form
His actual five questions, from a video at 31:17. He asked them of women he had been on two dates with. "I'm not judging you off of the answers. I'm just trying to understand." Fill it out and see if you qualify.

The standard advice failed because he had seeded Google, LinkedIn and TikTok, and AI summaries repeated it back. What worked: one woman checked photo metadata and found screen recordings. Another checked the actual 49ers roster. Retired FBI agent Lance Leising: "When you have that emotional trust built in… it's much easier to get the scam."
